Frequently bathing dogs with cold water can easily cause them to catch a cold. Puppies have weak immune systems, so it's especially important to ensure the bath water temperature isn't too low, especially in cold weather. Water that's too hot is also bad, as it can cause severe dilation of blood vessels throughout the dog's body, affecting blood supply to the brain and potentially leading to shock or other consequences.
Summer is particularly hot, so the water temperature when bathing your dog can be appropriately lowered, around 25-35℃. However, even in the hottest weather, you should never let your dog immerse itself directly in cold water, otherwise its pores will close quickly, making it even harder for the heat in its body to dissipate.
When bathing your dog, you also need to pay attention to the frequency. In winter, you can bathe your dog about once every 20 days to prevent it from having too much body odor.
