A young woman in Fuzhou was taking out the trash when she spotted a stray cat lying on a trash can, seemingly searching for something.
This doesn't seem surprising. Food resources in the city are limited, and trash cans may contain discarded food scraps, which are one of the few places where stray cats can get food.
However, when the young woman saw what the cat was chewing, she couldn't help but tear up. It was a wad of greasy napkin, a hygiene product used for cleaning, but the cat was eating it with great relish, as if it were enjoying some kind of delicacy.
It was very alert; upon seeing someone approaching, it immediately abandoned the napkin, turned around, and ran away.
Seeing this, the young woman felt very sad. If it weren't so hungry, and if it could find other food, it wouldn't have mistaken a napkin for food.
The young woman felt very sorry for the cat, but she was powerless to do anything about it because she couldn't take it home for some reason. The only thing she could do was to give it a good meal, so she went to the supermarket, bought some cat food, and placed it near the cat.
The little guy was so hungry that, despite being wary, he cautiously approached and began to wolf down his food.
As the young woman got closer to the cat, she noticed its large belly, as if it were pregnant. This filled her with deep worry; the cat wasn't even getting a proper meal, and with the weather getting colder, how was it going to take care of its kittens?

Unexpectedly, shortly after the video was posted, a local woman contacted her, saying she could take care of the mother cat temporarily. They caught the mother cat with food and took her home.
A kind lady prepared a feast for the cat: cat food, freeze-dried food, and cat treats. The mother cat, seeing so much food for the first time, was filled with disbelief.

Under the lady's loving care, the mother cat gradually lowered her guard against people and became gentle and affectionate. Soon after, she successfully gave birth to five kittens. To date, three of the kittens have been adopted by kind-hearted people and have found warm homes.
Once all the kittens have found homes, the woman will take the mother cat to be spayed/neutered and find her a suitable adopter. She will never have to worry about food again!
Coincidentally, in Guangzhou, Guangdong Province, a stray cat wandered into a shopping mall while seeking shelter from the rain. During its escape, it accidentally got stuck in a moving escalator.
It struggled to break free, but sank deeper and deeper. Fortunately, the mall staff reacted quickly and shut down the escalator.
With the help of the maintenance personnel, the trapped cat was finally rescued. Although the little guy was saved, he was quite frightened and very agitated, running around on the stairs.
It took a lot of effort to catch it. Although the cat didn't have any obvious external injuries, one of the young ladies present was still worried about it and took it to the vet in the rain.
Fortunately, the examination results showed that the little guy was fine, just a little malnourished. However, during the ultrasound examination, the doctors made an unexpected discovery: the cat was pregnant, and they could vaguely see two kittens in her belly!

Currently, the mother cat and kittens have been taken in by the young lady and will be cared for by her. Once the kittens are weaned, she will find suitable adoptive families for them.
The poor stray cat mother, in the cold winter night, experienced rain, hunger, and the fear of being trapped. When she was stuck in the elevator, she seemed to have given up resisting, neither crying nor making a fuss, quietly waiting for her fate.
Fortunately, by the arrangement of fate, it finally met a kind-hearted god who gave it and its children new hope and completely changed their destiny.
