According to the owner, Ms. Liao, around 10:00 AM on December 24 last year, a young man in his early twenties brought his dog, Dada, to the shop, requesting a bath. The man did not provide any specific information to the staff, only leaving a phone number before leaving.
The man still hadn't shown up by the next day. Ms. Liao called him and told him the pet bathing and lodging fees totaled 140 yuan. The man said his sister would come to pick up the dog soon and gave her a phone number to contact. But that "soon" turned into almost half a month, and the man never appeared. His sister, whom he mentioned, also never showed up.

During Dada's stay at the pet shop, Ms. Liao contacted the owner multiple times, but Dada's owner started passing the buck. The man who delivered the dog told her to call his sister, who then told Ms. Liao to call her husband. Ms. Liao provided her WeChat chat history with this sister from January 4th. According to the record, the sister said the dog would stay for another four days and she would return to pick it up on the 9th, and that she needed to take it for a check-up first. However, when the topic of the 1080 yuan unpaid accommodation fee to the pet shop was mentioned, the sister immediately said she couldn't transfer money via WeChat and told Ms. Liao to contact her husband.

Aside from a 500 yuan transfer made by the woman's husband in early January, Ms. Liao made no further payments to the pet shop.
