On January 2, 2024, Bai Xue, who works at the Bai Xue Stray Angels Paradise in Ulanqab City, was at work when she suddenly received a call from an elderly woman who rescues stray cats and dogs. She said that the owner of a stray female cat she had previously adopted had suddenly passed away, leaving behind a small white dog and two cats that were left unattended and in urgent need of rescue!
The mother cat gave birth to three kittens in the second year after arriving at her new home. The owner was a single old man with no fixed income and lived a frugal life. Although they didn't have a life of luxury, the tabby cat family was well taken care of and pampered by their owner.
But the good times didn't last long; the owner tragically passed away from illness, leaving the cat family and a white dog all alone and helpless...

When I got off work and arrived at the adopter's yard in the dark, I saw an unforgettable scene. They lived in a low and cramped house. The brother had arthritis and the sister-in-law had sequelae of cerebral infarction. The two cats were curled up in the corner of the back room, preparing to spend the night.
Because the old lady often chased the cats away from the house, the cats would hide whenever they saw people. Bai Xue had no choice but to ask the old man's brother to help catch them. The little white dog was also timid and cautious and would run away whenever it saw people. Helplessly, they could only choose another time to rescue them.
The kind-hearted older woman already has more than a dozen rescued stray cats and six stray dogs in her home, which is less than 20 square meters and is already saturated. Moreover, she has no income and relies solely on begging to support these furry children.
Bai Xue couldn't bear it, and after much hesitation, she finally decided to take the mother and child home to care for them herself, so as to ease her older sister's burden.

A week after the cats were brought back, they finally started to dare to stick their heads out to eat. Bai Xue named the mother cat Ahua and the kittens Xiaomi. Unexpectedly, one day she forgot to close the cage door, and the mother cat almost ran out of the cage.
But there was a dog at the gate, so the cat ran back to the garage and crawled under the tables and chairs, too frightened to show its head.
Bai Xue and her daughter locked the garage door and searched every corner, but during the process of intercepting and arresting them, Bai Xue was bitten on the finger by the panicked Ahua.
Luckily, I remembered that I had a trap at home, so I quickly set it up in a corner.
The next morning, I rushed to the garage and saw the cats in the trap cage. My heart finally settled down. Afraid that they would run away again, I decided to officially take them home.
The two cats were still shaken and huddled in a corner, quietly observing the surroundings. There were already four stray cats that had been rescued earlier, and they would be their playmates from now on. I believe they will gradually get along well!
As the days went by, Ahua and her son adapted to life in their new home, and their trust in Baixue gradually increased. Sometimes they would even come over and ask for a touch.
To reduce the number of stray animals, one month later, Bai Xue took it to the city hospital to be spayed/neutered. After returning home, she took good care of it, and a week later the incision healed and it was able to jump and play again.
With Bai Xue's meticulous care, Ahua gained a lot of weight and her fur became smooth and shiny.
Little Mimi has grown a lot since she was first rescued, and she's becoming more and more beautiful. However, due to a lack of nutrition since she was little, her fur looks dry and lacks luster.
And they've gradually gotten along well with the other cats in the house, chasing and playing all over the place. I hope they can live a healthy and happy life in Snowy's home~
