British animal rescue organization Battersea recently received a request for help.
A litter of kittens, suspected to have been abandoned by their mother, was found on the street.
Although none of them had health problems
However, they were in a state of extreme hunger.
And judging by appearance, it's only two months old and needs a lot of care.
So Rachel, an employee at the shelter
They volunteered to take the litter of kittens home and care for them.
The arrival of the kitten made her Labrador Bertie very happy.
They suddenly became their temporary babysitters.
Bertie is very gentle and patient with the kitten.
It will constantly teach them what they can and cannot do.
Sometimes kittens can be quite mischievous.
It would run all over Bertie, and it never got angry.
Even when sleeping
Bertie also wants to sleep with the kittens.
The kittens seemed to regard it as their mother.
After a period of careful care
Now the kittens don't need to be watched over all day.
They have developed the ability to live independently.
The shelters have found homes for them one after another.
Interestingly, after giving the kitten away...
Bertie didn't seem to feel much reluctance.
Instead, I felt a sense of relief.
It seems taking care of seven kittens at once is quite tiring for the dog.
