I fell in love with my cat.

Do you like keeping pets? How would you care for a pet? I've always enjoyed watching pet videos. The other day, I was browsing a pet store and was immediately drawn to a cat. My love for cats stems from their cuteness—a fluffy ball of fur, clear eyes that gaze steadily at you! It feels like someone is gently tickling your heart with a feather, making it tingle...

So, I decided to get a cat!

I excitedly prepared a house for the cat, a water bottle for the cat, and food for the cat, and then went to the pet market to find a cat.

I took it to get its shots, I bathed it, I held it while it slept, I spoiled it rotten...

Three days later, joy turned to sorrow!

When I got off work and saw the mess in my house, I was speechless!

It turns out that love at first sight is not reliable.

I scolded it while cleaning up the mess it had made. But when it quietly rubbed against my trouser leg and cautiously meowed at me, I couldn't stay angry anymore!

Oh dear, what should I do?

If you like it, you should tolerate its mischievousness!

And so, my cat and I began our love-hate relationship!

Love at first sight turned into a long-lasting, gentle love...

I rediscovered its importance to me because of its sudden departure:

It was a weekend, and I got off work late. When I wearily opened the door, it darted out.

It usually does this: after a day at home, it will run out to wander around the neighborhood, and when it gets tired, it will come back on its own. So, I didn't pay any attention to it that day.

The next day, I woke up naturally. While I was still relieved that my cat hadn't bothered me, I realized: it wasn't home!

It just disappeared...

At first, I was very flustered and anxious, then worried and afraid, and finally became quiet!

I just don't want to go home...

A friend asked me, "Have you broken up with your boyfriend?"

Heartbroken, me and my cat?

I never imagined I'd only have it for a short time. Now I have to adjust to life without it, and I'm feeling really down. Even though it's just a cat, I'm still heartbroken. I hope all pet owners will cherish their pets, and I wish all lovers in the world will cherish each other.
