More and more people are raising dogs these days. I hope that every dog owner can truly take responsibility instead of neglecting their pets after getting them, sometimes not even providing them with basic food and clothing, leaving them starving and thin, and not taking them to the vet when they are sick. What is the point of raising a dog then?
On March 17th in Hangzhou, Zhejiang, a young woman was walking her dog by the river as usual when she heard barking from the other side. Looking towards the sound, she saw a dog tied up under the bridge. The woman was puzzled – was it a stray, or was it temporarily chained up by its owner? She decided to go and see for herself.
The dog was incredibly thin; you could clearly see its ribs! The woman took some dog food from her bag and fed it. The dog seemed very hungry, licking the food off the ground after finishing. The woman went home, but returned the next day and found signs of feeding, suggesting it probably had an owner. But why would an owner keep it there? It's practically a stray dog, without any freedom! It's heartbreaking to see the dog like this. We can only hope it can live a good life and not be harmed by bad people!
