Stray dogs are often neglected because they may not be good-looking.

Some of them were abandoned by their owners, while others were simply born to stray dogs, leaving them with no choice but to become strays.
They all have one thing in common: they lack owners to love and care for them. Just like these two dogs that were recently rescued.
Renowned animal rescuer Hsu Wen-liang recently received a tip that there were two puppies suspected of being abandoned in an abandoned house in Gukeng Township, Yunlin County. One of them was even dragging its paralyzed hind leg and enduring the pain to move around.
Although the local residents took good care of them, they hoped that the two puppies could receive better care, so they found Xu Wenliang.
These two poor puppies are not even a year old. One of them has a broken hind leg, presumably from a car accident. It can only walk by dragging its hind leg along with its front legs.
Its hind limbs were covered in scars, layer upon layer. But it was very optimistic, perhaps because its brother was there to keep it company, and the villagers couldn't bear to feed it after seeing its condition. Perhaps for it, losing its legs was worthwhile because it could make its life and its brother's life better.
Seeing the two brothers' misfortune, Xu Wenliang wanted to take them to a veterinary hospital to see if the younger brother's hind leg could be treated. As he picked up the paralyzed puppy, the older brother, anxious and frightened, watched his injured younger brother with worry, circling around Xu Wenliang.
Unexpectedly, when it was its turn to be held in someone's arms, it had a heartbreaking yet amusing reaction. Having never been loved before, it stared at Xu Wenliang with a mixture of emotions in its eyes, as if it were overwhelmed with gratitude.
Finally, Xu Wenliang successfully loaded the two dogs into the car. When feeding them, each dog ate a can of food in one go.
The villagers may have been feeding the dogs, but they weren't giving them any delicious food. This was the first time the dogs had tasted something so good, which is why they were gobbling it down.
After a veterinary examination, it was found that the older brother was perfectly healthy, but the younger brother's legs had been injured a long time ago.
Therefore, there is no cure, and they will be confined to wheelchairs for the rest of their lives to move around freely. The only saving grace is that the two brothers will no longer have to live a precarious life.
