We don't say we should be people with great love, but at least we should be loving people, which would make the world much more harmonious.

We often say that if you can't be responsible for a pet's entire life, then you shouldn't get one in the first place. Many people might initially vow, "If I get one, of course I'll be responsible for it for its entire life; not only will I be responsible, but I'll also pamper it."

Anyone can talk about being responsible, but not everyone can actually do what they're supposed to do. Pets are so cute, and seeing other people's pets makes me incredibly envious, so I start thinking about getting one myself.

I think there's a saying that's particularly apt: "What you can't have always seems more alluring."

Many people get pets with this mindset, only to discover various problems after they've acquired them. And in the end, it's always the pet that suffers and is disliked.

Just like this little dog, its owner adopted it and brought it home, but found that the dog was very naughty and liked to rummage through things in the house and destroy things.

What owners find most unbearable is that their dogs like to poop and pee anywhere, so owners have to spend more time cleaning up, which leads to a host of problems.

The dog's owner didn't want to keep it anymore, but couldn't bear to abandon it. So the owner found a piece of foam and wrote "Please help me" on it.

The owner hung the foam on the dog's head and placed it next to the garbage heap.

The puppy initially tried to run after its owner, which prompted the owner to distract the puppy with food.

After the puppy finished eating, it realized that its owner had already disappeared.

Only then did the puppy become scared. It wanted to leave but didn't know where to go, so it returned to its original spot, hoping its owner would come back to take it home.

The puppy waited quietly by the roadside, simply sitting and waiting for its owner to return.

Seeing passersby, the dog didn't run up to greet them, but instead chose to wait where it was.

A dog's loyalty is innate; even as a puppy, it knows to be loyal to its owner.

Passersby would glance at the little dog waiting on the street with curiosity, but their attention was drawn to the words written on the foam board.

The phrase "Please help me" is like a heavy burden, causing many people to hesitate.

Although they felt reluctant, people preferred to turn a blind eye rather than take responsibility.

The puppy stayed still, even when it was sleepy, it persisted in waiting.

In the afternoon, a man heard about a puppy on the roadside asking for adoption and went to rescue it without hesitation.

The puppy was confused by the man in front of it.

The man removed the sign from the dog's head and then picked the dog up.

The puppy didn't seem excited about the man's help; instead, it stared blankly at the stranger, completely unaware that it had been abandoned by its owner.

The dog was taken home by the man. In the unfamiliar environment, the dog was confused and had no idea what was happening to it. All it could do was sit still and not run around, as if that was the only way it could feel safe.

After a while, the man gave the puppy some goat milk so that the very hungry puppy could fill its stomach. The puppy gradually relaxed its guard and began to drink the milk in big gulps.

After eating, the puppy quickly adapted to its new environment, and its previously unruly nature began to resurface.

The puppy discovered that there was another dog living in the man's house, and it immediately ran over and started playing happily with the other puppy.

For some people, abandoning a dog may be a simple process, but for the abandoned dog, it can affect its entire life and become a lingering shadow.
