On June 17th in Zhenjiang, Jiangsu Province, a netizen found a dog pacing back and forth on the road, seemingly searching for something. Seeing it was in danger, the netizen called it to the side of the road. The dog was quite well-behaved and didn't run away, but kept looking at the crowds, as if searching for its owner. The netizen noticed injuries on the dog, possibly a skin condition, so they were unsure whether it had been abandoned or was lost.
Because they didn't know anything about raising dogs and lacked the means to do so, the netizen had to seek help from a nearby pet store. Fortunately, the staff there were very kind; they came and took the dog back to the store, saying they would try to find it an owner. If they couldn't find an owner, they would find an adopter, assuring the netizen. We are truly grateful to the netizen and the pet store owner for not giving up on any life! Hopefully, if the dog is indeed lost, it will be found its owner soon!
