At this merchant conference, JD Retail's V Business Group presented a complete end-to-end marketing solution for third-party merchants. The solution provides precise and sustainable operational solutions from three aspects: traffic management, marketing resources, and differentiated operations, helping merchants reduce costs, increase efficiency, and achieve rapid growth in all aspects.

In terms of traffic management, the V Business Group will take a series of measures to help new merchants on JD.com use paid traffic to boost single products and quickly improve their basic operational capabilities; and will use traffic allocation and the creation of secondary best-selling products to improve sales conversion and drive merchant growth.

To alleviate the marketing burden on merchants and improve marketing conversion rates, JD Retail V Business Group has launched a large-scale merchant marketing support program for the first time, based on the empowerment of traffic resources. This program provides over 100 million yuan in advertising subsidies, over 1 billion traffic resources, and 100% access to all platform marketing tools for merchants, fully unleashing their operational capabilities.

In addition, based on a differentiated operational empowerment strategy, JD Retail V Business Group will provide differentiated benefits to merchants at different levels through the Merchant Growth Marketing Center and decentralized venues, assisting merchants in building a growth path that is feasible, executable, and continuously iterated. JD International's 2022 merchant incentive policy, announced at this merchant conference, is the most generous in recent years. It not only covers a wider range of categories than in previous years, including eight major categories such as beauty and skincare, baby products, personal care, and fashion, but also benefits both new and existing merchants. For example, new FMCG merchants can have all platform usage fees waived and commissions reduced by up to 100% for the first six months after opening their stores; small and medium-sized merchants renewing their contracts can also receive a two-month platform usage fee refund based on their sales performance this year.

The Books and Education Products Business Unit has developed a comprehensive "Merchant Growth Support Plan" for merchants, including exclusive incentive policies, one-on-one store diagnosis, targeted training by an authoritative team of lecturers, agency management and advertising support services, as well as many support policies and activities such as the "JD Book Alliance" to help merchants achieve growth to the greatest extent.

For JD Pets, this year will focus on establishing a comprehensive merchant training system, providing ecosystem resource support and industry interconnection, and offering merchants support in technology, finance, logistics, marketing, channels, and other aspects to empower the growth of new merchants across the entire chain.

In addition, JD Retail V Business Group will offer two benefits for existing merchants renewing their contracts, namely "tiered order discounts"; while new merchants can enjoy three benefits, namely "free subscription to JD Business Intelligence Basic Package" and "one-month usage rights of the Grand Reunion Package".
